At Joff Shoes, we sell only women’s footwear online.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as delivered, with original tags and a copy of your invoice.

Simply send the product back to our warehouse using a  registered post at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue you a coupon code for the same amount within 7 working days, which you can use on your next purchase at our website.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges or cash refunds.

Refunds are only issued if an order is cancelled or cannot be delivered. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
